ALLEN-BRADLEY® PLC5 and Control Logix Platforms, Remote I/O in Multiple Consoles and Remote I/O in Multiple MCC wall boxes.
Production reporting capabilities include statistics, number of boards, percentage of total volume for each grade and length, trouble-shooting. Separate sections of reports can be generated when there are changes in the product mix.
The reports can either be printed or sent over the mill's computer network.
