Allen Bradley Control Logix looks like a
programmable controller but is
much more as it includes a state of the art control platform that
integrates multiple control disciplines: sequential, motion, drive and
process control. This controller is much faster than a PLC 5
processor. The dual axis servo control modules close the position
and
velocity loops 5000 times/second for enhanced position control.
